How We Made It
At StanceWerk, the story of our miniature wheels began not in a factory — but at a desk.
As passionate car enthusiasts, we constantly sought ways to bring the spirit of automotive design into our daily lives. We didn’t just want to admire cars on the weekend — we wanted to feel connected to them at work, at home, and in the spaces we live in. That desire sparked a vision: to transform iconic wheel designs into functional, collectible pieces of art that could live beyond the garage.
What started as a passion project quickly evolved into a technical and artistic endeavor. Our mission was clear: to replicate the craftsmanship of legendary performance wheels in a 1:5 scale format — not as toys, but as tributes. Every curve, cut, and center cap was reimagined with precision, blending traditional manual artistry with modern CNC machining.
We began by studying the geometry and engineering behind our favorite rims. Collaborating with designers and machinists, we translated these complex full-size forms into scaled-down blueprints. Each prototype was cut from solid aluminum — the same material used in real wheels — and hand-finished to capture the intricate detailing and feel of the originals.
From there, we refined the process into a marriage of art and technology. Using state-of-the-art CNC machines, we reproduced the hand-sketched designs with exacting accuracy. The result? A collectible that looks engineered, feels substantial, and honors the heritage it was inspired by.
Each wheel is not just made — it's forged with intent, crafted for those who see car culture as a lifestyle, not just a hobby.
